We have touched down in Montreal! Our first flight was a tiny plane that had 8 passengers on board (including the two of us)! Thanks to a "major change to our itinerary" that happened a few days ago, we spent our super long layover exploring the city! While strolling the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal in Quebec, Canada we saw the Notre Dame Basilica and walked along the pier. The rain held off pretty well and we had a great first day at this unexpected and unplanned stop! Merci Montreal!
